A fundraiser supporting Proposition 4 will be happening this Tuesday, October 24th from 6-9 pm at Matt’s El Rancho (2613 S Lamar). Proposition 4 is part of the upcoming bond election that will go towards $31.5 million for the cultural arts in Austin. The groups benefiting from the bond are MACC – Mexican American Cultural Center, Mexic-Arte Museum, African American Heritage and Cultural Society, Asian American Resource Center, Austin Film Studios, and Zachary Scott Theater.
