Newton Anderson is scheduled to be executed by the state of Texas on Feb. 22, 2007. Anderson was convicted of murdering Frank and Bertha Cobb after they discovered him burglarizing their house.

The state of Texas should not execute Newton Anderson. Executing Anderson would constitute the ultimate cruel, inhuman, and degrading punishment.
