A community conversation about improvements in the Texas Youth Commission (TYC). TYC is a center run much like a prison for youth. The majority of youth in TYC are youth of color. TYC has had a history of verbally and physically abusing these youth. Come hear recommendations and give your input on what needs to change! Refreshments provided.
