In observance of International Human Rights Day, a coalition that includes the ACLU of Texas will tell the private prison firm GEO Group in New Braunfels that conditions at a facility it runs, the Reeves County Detention Center (RCDC) in Pecos, must improve. Two days later we will meet in Pecos for a vigil on the one-year anniversary of a prisoner uprising protesting poor medical care.
